What kind of image should I upload?

Upload the cleanest, largest version you have. The selected size shows an ideal pixel size at 150 DPI, and we check custom designs before production.

Will the printed mat match the preview?

The preview is used as your design guide for placement and cropping. Printed colors can vary slightly from the digital preview because screens and printing are different.

What happens if my file is too small?

We will contact you before production if the file needs attention. If you choose professional image improvement, we will improve the file where possible and ask for approval when needed.

Should I design it myself or let DeskNeko do it?

Choose Design it myself if you want to control the placement exactly. Choose Let DeskNeko adjust it if you want us to prepare the artwork, send a proof, and include a few revisions before production.

Do you still check my design?

Yes. Even when you save your own design, we still check print quality and contact you if anything needs attention before production.
