When will my package arrive?
Your estimated delivery window is shown on your order status page. International orders typically arrive within 2 to 5 weeks depending on your destination. Please note these are estimates; customs processing or peak-season volumes can occasionally cause additional delays.
Do I have to pay customs duties or import taxes?
No. All duties, taxes, and import fees are covered by us; you will not be asked to pay anything at customs or upon delivery. If you ever receive an unexpected customs notice or charge, please contact us right away and we will sort it out.
Where is my package right now?
The latest scan location and status are shown in the tracking timeline on this page. International shipments travel through multiple carrier facilities and may go several days without a scan, especially during ocean or air transit. Once a local carrier takes over in your country, updates become much more frequent.
There is no tracking information yet: what does this mean?
If you placed your order recently, it is normal for tracking to take 1 to 3 business days to appear after dispatch. Your order may still be in our packing queue or awaiting pickup by the carrier. If no updates have appeared after 5 business days, please contact us and we will check on it.
Why are there days with no tracking updates?
Gaps in tracking are very common for international shipments. Your package may not be scanned for several days while crossing an ocean, on a plane, or sitting in a sorting hub. This does not mean your package is delayed or missing; updates resume once it reaches the next facility.
I won't be home for the delivery: what should I do?
Most carriers will leave a delivery notice and retry the next business day. Depending on your carrier, you may also be able to reschedule the delivery, redirect to a neighbour, or collect from a nearby post office or pickup point. Check the carrier's website (shown in tracking details when available) for your options.
It says my package is ready for pickup: where do I go?
Check the carrier's name in the tracking details and visit their website to find your nearest pickup location. Please collect your package promptly; most carriers hold parcels for only 7 to 15 days before returning them to the sender.
I entered the wrong delivery address: what should I do?
Please contact us with your correct address as soon as possible. If a local carrier has already been assigned, also contact them directly; carriers can sometimes update an address before the final delivery attempt.
My package should have arrived already: what should I do?
Please contact us right away if your package has passed its estimated delivery date. We will look into it with the carrier on your behalf. If tracking has shown no activity for an unusually long time, we can open an investigation; note that most carriers require 30 business days from dispatch before a formal lost parcel claim can be filed.
My package is stuck in customs: what should I do?
Customs clearance can sometimes take longer than expected, but all duties and taxes on your order are already covered by us so there is nothing for you to pay. If you receive any customs notification or if your package has been held for more than 10 business days without movement, please contact us and we will handle it.
My package is being returned to sender: what should I do?
Please contact us urgently. We will do our best to intercept the return, though this is not always possible once the carrier has initiated the process. If the package comes back to us, redelivery will require a new shipping fee.
My package arrived damaged: what should I do?
Please contact us straight away. Before anything else, photograph the outer packaging and the damaged contents; this evidence is required for an insurance claim. Please keep all packaging materials until the matter is resolved. We will arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.
