DeskNeko products are manufactured in a pet-free production environment. Our office is home to six cats, but products are produced and handled separately in a pet-free environment.

Most DeskNeko items are made to order. Production usually takes around 3–8 business days, depending on the product and current order volume. Some items may need a little extra time for printing, curing, or packing.
Shipping time depends on the product, destination, and shipping method. For many standard US orders, transit often takes around 6–12 business days after dispatch. Free shipping is available above $200. You’ll receive tracking once your order is on the way.
Yes. Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive tracking information so you can follow the delivery progress.
Yes, many DeskNeko products can be customized with your own image, artwork, logo, or design idea. For best results, please send a high-resolution image or a clear description before production begins.
Return eligibility depends on the product and whether it was customized or made to order. Eligible returns should be unused and in their original condition. Please contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct instructions.
