DeskNeko referrals are meant for genuine recommendations from customers, creators, and communities who want to share DeskNeko with people who may like our products.

How referral rewards work

When you share your personal referral link and an eligible referred order is confirmed, the referral reward is recorded in your DeskNeko rewards dashboard. The exact referral reward available to you is shown in your rewards dashboard.

Store credit and cash payout requests

Referral rewards are normally issued as DeskNeko website store credit. If your eligible referral balance is at least $25, you may request a manual review for a cash payout instead of store credit. Cash payout requests are not automatic and may require payment details before approval.

Eligibility

Self-referrals, duplicate customer accounts, canceled orders, refunded orders, returned orders, fraudulent activity, misleading promotion, and orders that cannot be attributed to your referral link are not eligible.

Creator collaborations

Professional creators, influencers, and community partners can request a separate collaboration review. DeskNeko may sometimes offer product samples, special endorsements, or a higher commission for approved collaborations.

Program changes

DeskNeko may review, pause, update, or close referral participation if the program is abused or if the referral setup changes. For questions, contact DeskNeko support.
